A pump may need to demonstrate the required flow at a defined pressure. A control valve may need to respond correctly through its complete operating travel. An oil seal must perform its sealing function under the conditions defined for the application. Ubique Systems develops the equipment that makes these production checks controlled, repeatable and traceable. We design and manufacture custom End-of-Line Special Purpose Machines for automotive components, powertrain assemblies, hydraulic products and related production applications. Each system is engineered around the customer’s part, variants, operating sequence, acceptance limits, production volume and data requirements. Our machines can combine dedicated fixtures, controlled motion, torque or resistance loading, pressure and flow simulation, lubrication or coolant circuits, precision sensors, PLC and PC-based control, data acquisition, barcode identification, recipe management, pass/fail decisions and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) communication. The result is more than a test bench. It is a production quality gate that helps the manufacturer release each tested unit with objective evidence. Our experience and location Ubique Systems was founded in 1973 by Mr. M. B. Vaishampayan. The company operates from Pune, Maharashtra, with its manufacturing facility at Pirangut. Our location places design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, automation and testing capabilities within an established industrial environment. Our Special Purpose Machine portfolio includes transmission and gearbox testing, drop-box testing, oil and water pump testing, control-valve testing, bearing-related testing, oil-seal testing, leakage testing and other customer-specific production test systems.
